What it is

One-to-one practice sessions for managers who need to chair a disciplinary, grievance, or difficult conversation. You practice the real scenario in a safe environment before it matters. We play the employee. No group sessions.

  • Briefing call to agree facts of the scenario
  • Live one to one session, in person or video
  • Behavioural debrief during and after

Who is HR simulation for?

Owner-managers and line managers in small teams who have to chair a disciplinary, grievance or capability conversation and want to rehearse against a real scenario first.

How does the session work?

You give us the situation. We play the employee, the companion, or both. You chair. We pause, rewind, and feed back on language, structure and follow-up paperwork.

Is this training or coaching?

Neither, it is structured practice against the conversation you are actually about to have. It complements training rather than replacing it.

Is it confidential?

Yes. Any details shared during the simulation are kept confidential and not retained beyond the session unless you ask us to.
