You get a full written register of every item tested, a certificate, and a cable management check included as standard. Available from June 2026.

A failed appliance does not have to leave you with the problem. We can take faulty items away for responsible disposal under the WEEE Regulations, or attempt an on-site repair where the fault is straightforward.
Any item we repair is re-tested and added back to your register so the record stays accurate. Items beyond a straightforward repair are referred to a qualified electrician.
