From £150 (up to 2 users). Office, home, or remote. Fixed price.
We assess computer workstation setups for office-based staff, remote workers at home, and hybrid workers at any location. We check chairs, screens, keyboards, lighting, and the working environment against the Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992. We write up what needs adjusting and why.
We visit your premises and assess every workstation in one visit.
We visit the employee at their home address. The same assessment, the same written record, the same legal cover for the employer.
A short pre-visit call confirms access and what to expect. It takes 10 minutes and means no surprises on the day.
For workers where a home visit is not practical, further afield or where the employee prefers it, we carry out the assessment via video call. We direct the employee through the assessment, observe what we can, and produce a written record.
The record notes that physical measurements could not be independently verified and recommends a follow-up physical visit if significant issues are found.
If your staff regularly use a screen at home for an hour or more a day as part of their job, you have a legal obligation to assess their setup. The same obligation that applies to office workstations applies to the spare bedroom.
Employers have the same legal duty to assess home workers as office workers under the DSE Regulations. Most have not done it.

When a new workstation is set up, when a user reports discomfort, after a significant change to the workstation or work pattern, and at least every two years as a routine review.
Screen position and brightness, chair height and lumbar support, keyboard and mouse placement, lighting and glare, desk layout, and whether the user takes adequate breaks. Each assessment produces a written action list.
Yes. We can visit home workers directly across Devon or carry out a video-assisted assessment for workers further afield. The written report is the same either way.
One visit covers an office team. Home workers can be batched by region. Tell us what you need.
